7:00 p.m. (approx.) - Daly last seen by girlfriend Cory
10:30 p.m. - Daly's body found on fire in San Pedro Alley
8/2/97 thru 8/12/97
Numerous people told police Daly was killed by gang members, Ghost, Wicked, and Payaso
June Patti visited Wicked's mother several times
Wicked was arrested and charged with Daly's murder
Ghost and Payaso were arrested on unrelated cases but not questioned
8/13/97
6:00 a.m. - Police raided home where suspected killers were staying
9-11 a.m. - Patti took a deal on criminal charge for threatening her law enforcement sister while Winn interrogated Wicked's mother and others found in house
Afternoon - Patti tried to contact Detective Winn but could not get through; however, this was before Patti's "supposed" conversation with Susan
Afternoon - Ginger Wilborn was interrogated and told Winn that Wicked told her Wicked, Ghost and Payaso killed Daly
8/14/97
Morning - Patti attended Wicked's arraignment with Wicked's mother
4:00 p.m. - Patti called Winn again and falsely claimed Susan told Patti about the murder
DA rejected filing on Ghost and Payaso because Winn's investigation did not yield sufficient evidence of their guilt
8/15/97
Morning - Patti spoke to Winn and falsely claimed that after a brief phone call with Susan on the evening of August 13 she and Susan met that night and Susan confessed to being present during Daly killing
8/25/97
Based solely on Patti's statement, Winn arrested Susan in front of her 9-year-old daughter
During an agressive police interrogation, Winn ignored Susan's repeated protestations of innocence and refused to give her a polygraph test
